been told bench, shoulders, bi's tri's calves can do after 3 weeks in moderation but 8 before the big hardcore lifts. I guess I'll have to live with that. It will be tough, I miss it already.

I know how you feel bro. It would piss me off too to have to take time off.
Just consider this time to get your diet in check, and prepare your body for the intensity to come in 8 weeks
After watching my team get blown out, -couldn't make it out after that- I am now watching Kelly Pavlik get drilled by B Hopkins... Bad Karma day
