just wondering whats the "QUICKEST" way to go about shredding with winny, im not in competion (obviously) but ive been taking it for a week, and have been doing cardio daily, and moderate carb and fat diet and of course high protein. I was wondering if i would go on a ketosis diet, (no more than 40-50 carbs) and high fat, would that be a better way to go about when dieting on winny? and advice?
