what would the difference be if I did high/medium intensity morning cardio?

I went to sleep today at 11:30am and have just woke up (5:00pm) I am playing squash tonight at about 8:00pm (I should have an empty stomach, right?), I'm thinking of just holding back on eating anything until I play squash and then eat some protein for my last meal of the day, what do you think?

horrid Idea........you are in a complete state of catabolism.............no way!
 
HUGe difference.........you are going 3 + squash = 4-5 hours easy without eating anything............when I say cardio on an empty tank, thats rolling out of bed and GOING, then eating................see?
