What Supplements Do You Take EVERY Day?

Nelson Montana

I take a ton of supplements. But some I use in cycles and others I use on occasion or when I need something specific -- (immunity boosters and such). But some are simply a part of life.

For me, it's...

GEAR (We need protein every day and there's nothing better. I really notic a difference when "on" GEAR and not. )

DX7 (Best daily muti around. A no brainer.)

UNLEASHED (SInce I'm on HRT I want the most free T I can get).

BRIDGE ( SInce I no longer cycle I want as much of a boost as possible).

That's pretty much it. Again, there are lots of other products that are great. But these are the "must haves" and I don't see that changing.

How about you?

well right now this is what I'm taking.. it changes up all the time:

NTBM protein bars
gear
krill oil
creatine from NTBM
vit C
forged liver support

not to mention an A+ diet made up of almost 100% organic food.

i'm growing right now like a weed on this stack. will have to update pics soon .. I look small in my profile pics compared to what i look like now.

Good question bro..I have gotten into the powerchews lately and I take the creatine and BCAA's daily.

I also take Gear and Bridge.

Then there is a bunch of other stuff I take when I am doing other things!

Why so many supplement?? Im only taking a whey protein isolate and a creatine mono, thats it, i feel the money is better spent on more food than useless supp.. To each their own.

I know what you mean, it can be tough. When you know what the supps do for your body, its hard to say "I don't want the help" to them.

yeah but its nice getting off everything, then when you go back to the supps, you get more out of it instead of having a tolerance. plus its always nice to know you can still make gains without any supps at all, just food :D

why not both?

i actually feel my diet is very nutritious so i have no need for a multi at this time. but when it comes to amino acids and creatine the extra boost goes a long way. and the forged liver support also is very helpful cause i care about my liver.

as a bodybuilder it is important to recover and also make sure your muscles are fed as much as possible... food + supps will help you do this.

and since I am not juicing for the rest of the year the supps help me preserve my muscles

Then why take the whey when you can get protein from food? But you can't get what is in GEAR, or BRIDGE or UNLEASHED from food, so your comment makes no sense.

Some people want optimum fuel for ultimate performance and results. But like you said - to each his own.

Yes i know supplement help tremendously, but since food is so damn fuking expensive not everyone can afford all these supplement year round.. i dont need liver protection since i dont juice, im 100% natural when i started working out i was 5'8 175 lb at 22%bf now i weigh 221 lb at 5'9 15%bf, not bad for someone whos been working out for 3 years only... I have to eat so damn much food to keep this weight up or else i will lose weight rapidly.. Like i said to each their own, if you have the money to buy all these supp year round then i see no problem with that..

Gold standard whey
Multi vit
No explode pre workout
Fish oil
Milk thistle
glucosamine
And Glutamine
Kinda basic I think any input on something I try that might hlp let me know.

Whey isolate, multi mineral/vitamin, Synthergine for my liver health just to name a few
and what I use depends on where I'm at in my training and particular goals.

Couple of questions.... Can u run BRIDGE and UNLEASHED year round? Also when u take GEAR the bottle says 4 before and after workout but I've read on the forums as far as product descriptions to take 2 with your meals. Any comments would be appreciated.

Yes you can take Bridge & Unleashed year round, but it is good to take some time off so you keep gaining the benefits from them...but both of these supplements are staples of mine.

As far as Gear goes, I take 4 pre & post workout, and dose 2 caps in between meals...you can reduce the dose to save some cash, or as long as your diet is clean and rich in protein I would not take then with meals but in between to keep nitrogen levels up and catabolism at bay. Another way is to take them pre & post workout and at bedtime for recovery while you sleep. I personally use 10-12 caps ED.
