What is an air dam? An air dam is a front spoiler that is mounted beneath a vehicle’s bumper and shaped to reduce the airflow under the vehicle. Made of metal or plastic, air dams are fitted beneath the front bumper to block the flow of turbulent air under the chassis. Air dams can increase the airflow to radiators, reduce aerodynamic drag, and/or reduce lift. The goal here, of course, is to reduce aerodynamic drag on land vehicles. So how can our proposal help to do that? Our Design Page
