I dont plan on doing it proffesional. I just do it for myself. I wanna look good and feel good.
 
I just like to fiddle with my body, and see what kinda changes I can make... more of a hobby then anything...

Basically I want a well-defined body and a six-pack. I got the first one pretty much nailed down--it's time to melt off that stubborn abdominal fat now.

Ultimately I'd like to get my bodyfat under 10%, 7-8% or so, and sport some 21" or so arms. I suppose that would probably put me around 250-260, once I get there I may want more, or less, dunno - I've already lost the ability to wash my back by myself, and I can hardly wash the back of my neck without getting soap in my hair, so I've lost a bit of flexibility. I really don't know how far I want to go, just have to wait and see.
