What is wrong with my bench?

Well this last week I cut down on rows and chins, actually I lowered my overall volume. Pain was non existant today. I think it was a strain in my upper back causing the problem. Next week is completely off. Then I begin my next training/periodized cycle. Gonna finally start doing box squats. Wish me luck. Gonna have to get the ass extended in all my pants :fro:
