I can't really complain... Never had a job I really hated. But the closest would be when I got talked into taking over for a ranch labor hand who was out sick for a couple weeks... 4:45AM sharp; cleaning up horse manure in the pouring rain, and hauling 300-lb barrels of sh*t up a muddy hill. If it had been more than a couple weeks, and if it hadn't been for WANTING to help out that ranch owner, I'd have quit the first day.
Otherwise, I'd have to say it was the boredom of working the morning shift in an electronics lab at a factory. Same faces, same walls, same floor, same everything, every day, 7AM to 3PM, day in & day out, week in & week out. I did that for 3 years for the decent pay and benefits, but I was glad when the economy started to go bad, and I voluntarily resigned rather than to go on call and stay as a 1099 worker. I'd be in the insane asylum by now if I had stayed. I need VARIETY!
