I was wondering what you guys considered the best book on training is. I had considered Heavy Duty by Mentzer and a few others however I am unsure any input would be appreciated. Thanks for the help.
I have Arnold's encyclopaedia for bodybuilding is excellent and I have Weider's training principle book also. Both the best training books I've seen, it tells you almost everything you need to know from nutrition to training techniques, proper form to injuries.
In my opinion...the books you read for certification are all you need. NSCA certification has a huge book with audio walk through...tells you everything about the body and building it. From there, you can equate all yoru workouts, dieting, etc...geared toward your own body.
