What is the highest amount of exact views/replies a thread has ever received?

kindda trick question ... If your thread have 1 read and 1 replay, then you have 100%. But eventually the rate will go lower with time till it dies and go to the threads heaven.

It`s not a trick question and it`s not a percentage answer. "Highest number of exact views/replies" So if there`s 5 views and 5 replies, then that would count. If there`s 12 views and 12 replies, that would beat it. There IS an answer somewhere. We may not know it or find out, but it`s there, just like all other truths and facts.

I don`t see the answer being much higher than 10 or so.

You are right, if it is the EXACT view/replies, then is not percentage like I said. Now I'll spend the night spoiling every thread with same number of view replies !!
