There is no simple answer to this, really.
The drug which works best for one person will not work well for someone sle.
You will find individuals who will say that Wellbutrin, Paxil, Prozac, etc etc etc etc each are The Best one out there.
In fact all that they coudl hope to commonet on, at best, is what is best FOR THEM.
Plus, varying dose levels for different drugs will have wildly differnt effects for some peopel as well.
From your question, it almost sounds as if you are trying to self-medicate. That is NOT a god idea when it comes to drugs like these. I strongly suggest you get a good Doc and wirk with him/her to find what is best for you.
Like some guys said, most of these drugs take a while to kick in anyway. Even finindg the right drug.dose can take a while. If you are really in a bind NOW and need a fast solution, trying to quickly throw a random drug at it is NOT the way to go.
Your best short-term solution to handling suich thing,m in tersm of increasing your ability to handle them are:
sleep well. PLENTY of sleep. Not too much though, dont sit in bed.
Eat right. This is not the time for low low carb dieting. Donr overeat or indulge in sweets or you will just be using a sugar high and inulisn reaction as a drug of sorts.
Stop stimulants - Ephedrine for example WILL mess with yoru brains ability to handle neurotransmitters correctly if you take too much. SMALL doses are OK, but these 25 mgs pills that dudes take ... keep taking them .. and yoru brain starts to have a rough time in certain ways.
DO NOT OVERTRAIN - Most of the routines which people recommend, or discuss, are complete and utter overtraining bullshit and will fry many guys over time. The volume training routines done 3-4 a week with many many sets per body part are a huge f'ing lie. Back off on your training. You may be surprised that your gains will go UP.
Anyway, I know this will all help, but the question is - will you listen?
These days most people want a quick fix, a pill, and anything else just is ignored.
