bump... wondering the same thing.
its been 2 weeks on and off, 3 days serious.
 
i use to get up to 215lbs off peak times i at 5'5. to me i loked like shit bloated. people thought i was huge, my gut thougt so(lol). my best is a solid 165-170. its not your weight its how you look. just my 2 cents.
 
Obviously this is another case or "Muscular Warrior"... I say we just let it go... ;)
