haha, its so true...whenever people I dont know talk to me on AIM I tell them I am 5'9, 130 and I eat macdonalds all day...they get a big suprise then...when I show up an inch shorter, 80 lbs heavier and sipping a shake. I see a lot of guys at my gym that are taking shit and really shouldnt be, most of them are the bad form benchers that max out at least once a week in all the important exercises(curls, bench, maybe the leg extension).
