A single friend of mine went to a wedding this past weekend and ran into a girl he hasnt seen since college...smokin hot. she and her boyfriend were there...she spent allot of time with my friend talking and laughing...she ended the night saying she wanted his number to keep in touch and has since emailed him just casual talk....are women that crazy where shed want a guy friend or is she unhappy with her man and making a casual move on my friend

Just because she's with a guy...

doesn't mean she's not looking for "Mr Right for Next" at the same time.

Women do stuff like that. Wandering eyes. To be fair -- men do it too.

Remember: 90% of the time women break up with a guy -- it's cuz they found someone else. And these new loves don't just appear out of nowhere. Usually there's a sneaky period of contact/communication/flirting and dating beforehand.
