What do you think of this cycle?

Workout routine is solid. Heavy lifts for 2 weeks. Light lifts high reps for 2 weeks.
Mondays - Bis, tris, forearms, some shoulders.
Tuesday - Legs, abs. cardio
Wednesday - Chest, back some shoulders.
Thursday - Bis, tris, forearms, abs.
Friday - Legs, some shoulders, cardio
Sunday - Cardio.
I cant do alot of shoulders at once because i have bad shoulders, one requiring surgery a while back and the other is just uncomfortable sometimes.
I had some gyno during puberty, never really lost it. I also carry my fat around my love handles. I suspect high estrogen, thats why im getting tests.
I know none of these compounds convert to estrogen, but it is a nice thought to have a little lower levels considering my current situation.
No test for me because of the needles and vials. Hard to hide from the roomies.
 
Ok. I thought that too. Im getting too far ahead of myself. Thats why I love this forum, you guys put me back in my place.
I would like to use the cycle to bulk, and cut down naturally using diet and more cardio.
Im thinking drop the Katana and keep the Beast and Epi at the above dosages, what do you think?

No need to work shoulders three times a week week and ur overtraining everything else and throw the heavy for two weeks and light for two weeks out the window.

Go with a 4 day split 12-15 rep range.. with cardio 3or4 days a week...alternate hiit pwo with fasted a.m. lit cardio

I would do this for a few months them maybe run a cycle with one compound....you're over doin and over thinkn this whole thing bro trust me

Whats a four day split?

I think best for u is

1. All pull exercises
2. All push exercises
3. Legs and abs
4. Rest days should be when ur body tells u
5. 15-20min cardio don't take heart rate above 130 or u become catabolic and start burning muscle

And honestly bro if the only reason ur not injecting is cuz of roomates, that's kinda lame, ur a grown ass man and what kinda friends would judge u. Wether it's a pill or injection a drug is a drug, u should do a nice bulk cycle then cut it up.

Haha, true. I guess im not ready to be labeled as a juice head. These guys arent the guy to understand steroids and what they do for you. I guess they're jealous because they are too afraid to pin themselves.
I would like to cut my BF prior to bulking simply because of where I am at right now. It would be silly to start any time soon.

Im gonna have to disagree with your theory on hear rate and becoming catabolic...hiit training is probably the most effective method for fatloss, if done properly...box jumps,burpees,wind sprints etc.....look at wide recievers, they're ripped and they are constantly training this way

Why would they be in your room in the first place? Put a lock on the door....honestly you're better off waiting anyways imo

Whats a four day split?
a four day split would look something like this

Mon. Chest/abs
Tues. Back
Wed. Rest or lit a.m. cardio
Thurs. Legs/shoulder
Fri. Bi's/tris/abs

Stay in the 12-15 rep range 3 sets per exercise...4-5 exercises for large muscle groups 3 sets for small muscle group...you can also through calves in a couple days a week and 10-15 min. Hiit training pwo 2-3 days a week....

That's a nice basic routine to shed some fat along with proper diet of course

Wide receivers not the bulky players look at defense of line offensense of line, not known for there running speed just very conditioned, any many of them quick burst routines are not taking heartrate at a constant high numbers, not to mention the diets on these guys are more then most of us can afford, u dont usually see body builders running much mostly doing stairs and elipticals
