Workout routine is solid. Heavy lifts for 2 weeks. Light lifts high reps for 2 weeks.
Mondays - Bis, tris, forearms, some shoulders.
Tuesday - Legs, abs. cardio
Wednesday - Chest, back some shoulders.
Thursday - Bis, tris, forearms, abs.
Friday - Legs, some shoulders, cardio
Sunday - Cardio.
I cant do alot of shoulders at once because i have bad shoulders, one requiring surgery a while back and the other is just uncomfortable sometimes.
I had some gyno during puberty, never really lost it. I also carry my fat around my love handles. I suspect high estrogen, thats why im getting tests.
I know none of these compounds convert to estrogen, but it is a nice thought to have a little lower levels considering my current situation.
No test for me because of the needles and vials. Hard to hide from the roomies.
