What do you guys do for work?

Question is not without reason... It takes so much time and effort to get a great body... Mostly because of diet. Just wondering what you guys do for work that allows you the freedom to eat 6 times a day, and if you can't eat at work what do you do. I was recently working at a gym which gave me time to eat whatever I want, but now it's season in Florida and I'm going back into Bartending... Eating is going to be next to impossible for maybe 7 hours at a time...
 
You can keep a tupperware container in arms reach with chicken and rice in it, and get a couple mouths full of food every time you duck down to get something. I have eaten Tons of food like this, and no one was the wiser.
 
Office job now, igloo cooler of water bottles next to the desk..

I used to work in a bar as well in my younger days, keep food on you at all times like bars, rice cakes with natty PB...if you're working in a place with a kitchen, bring & heat up something after your shift...

The other issue @ had with bartending was that I had a 9-5 job and would bartend as well, sometimes it plays havoc with your sleep...

Office job. Fridge 5 feet away with pre cooked meals. Two desk drawers have food. They laugh at work because I keep the mouse in one hand and food in the other. LOL

IM a remodeling construction worker. My best tool in my belt is a protein bar and I always have some serious mass next to me :-)

office jobs you aren't burning excess calories sitting on your ass.

while the opposite is true with blue collar jobs where you burn too many calories.

used to workout with a working blue collar guy who would lay concrete all day and do general construction.. dude was skinn as a rail, couldn't gain weight no matter what. while i stay bulky all the time even with a strict diet since i'm on my ass for 9 hours a day. if i slack off just a bit on my diet i blowup like a dead fish
 
Work on wall street, at my desk most of day. I eat better during the weekend where my day is more structured and can eat the same thing at same time each day. It's actually tougher for me on weekends or vacation when I lose that structure.
 
Regional sales rep for New England I pre cook a lot and bring it with me. Worst part is client lunches dinners overnight stays. But it's part if the job.

With your situation, I would say Intermittent Fasting would be the way to go. Read up on it if you don't know the basics, or PM RickRock or MuscleAddiction about it... I know they do it.

Great way to diet, and it's a good way to change things up and keep it interesting.

I'm an electrical business owner with 6 employees. I work at the jobs an manage all of them. I make all my food either the week of or the night before. Depends on paper work. My truck has a igloo case of protein bars, natural PB, water, almonds, soy nuts and protein powder. That's the snack pile. It's tough bro, but it's a lifestyle. It's deff a great one, I love it. It's all worth it!!
 
I will look into intermittent fasting. I am used to eating every 2 hours or so and the first two days going without eating for 8 hours was torcher. I feel like I lost weight and I HATE that feeling. Been spending all day eating today
 
Bartending..... So hard to eat but I still get it in, sneak away and smash as much food as I can in 5 minutes. Protein shakes and weight gainers help
 
Web and mobile developer. I pack two bags every morning when I leave home: one with my workout clothes and another with precooked food. But hey, it's the lifestyle we've chosen!
 
Its a hard thing, I work in a oil and natural gas field where im out anywhere from 8-12 hrs a day at least 45 miles from civilization, So all of my food is pre cooked and stored in a cooler the hard part is eating stuff up, Most food gets wraped in tin foil and heated on the defroster of my truck. I have a cooler full of food, snacks, and drinks and a tote of plastic ware to eat with.

Im a helicopter mechanic. Im fortunate enough that i have a break at
930 am lunch at 1130 and last break at 215pm. I make all my food the night prior. I eat at every break and i have a smoothie that i make every morning that i make with greek yogurt whey and fruit that i pound upon waking up. Thats 4 meals before i workout then I eat two or three more times after. Booyaaah!!!

I work in a cardboard factory, and go to school. But I can eat whenever the hell I want even if I'm not on break :D eating in class is funny, especially when youre like chowing down on tuna and everyone finds that it stinks.. meh its the lifestyle =) And at this supplement store I went to they have a 14 meal lunchbox.. gotta get me 1 of those!
 
wow such a diverse jobs from everyone.

I wish my job was to fish and workout, but it doesn't work like that in life

I am an equity trader. and I own rental property which makes me a plumber, electrician, A/C repairman, maid, painter, etc etc by default lol
 
I used to work in the trades as a Sheet metal worker for 13 years. I tell u it was difficult to add mass. Then was lucky enough to find a desk job I love. Three years ago I was on stage at 147 and now this past summer I was on stage at 168.
You just have to look for what works for u.

Personal trainer at tje nest gym in town and live 1 mile from work. Training and eating are pretty convenient.

Removalist,seen so many buffed bodybuilders last a day then never come back.I got best of both worlds I move furniture all day which builds real world strength then hit the gym to work the pretty muscles.hard to keep the weight on though
 
I am a nurse contracted to a dr. If I am not working I am not making money. But I can take breaks when ever I want. It's a good job and not to hard of work. The only bad is I travel a lot through out California. But some weeks I work 3 days some 5 days and others 1 day. So it all works out. I eat around 4 to 5 times a day.
