What do the pro's use to cut up.

I'm not really looking into taking anything, as I'm currently cutting down quite nicely with a clean diet and cardio. However, just out of curiosity, what do the Pro's do when 4 weeks out, or getting closer to an event?

I knew a guy who use to compete, he never really got into details on drugs, but all he would tell me is "it had nothing to do with being healthy". He said that in the last days before the event, it was difficult to even get out of bed in the morning, he said he would start with crawling out of bed lol. Anyone willing to share their experience?

Colon cleanse, liver cleanse about 5-10 per month. Let me ask you something what is the fat burning machine in your body?

LOL, I have no idea? In January of this year I had a complete blood work done, everything came back perfect (Thyroid). However, I think it might be that I give off a lot of heat. If I touch someone they notice very quickly how warm/hot my hands are, feet as well, body in general (it doesnt bother me and I do not feel any discomfort from it) I have seen Drs about this and they can't find anything wrong. What does bother be a bit is that my girlfriend complains a lot about it, she cant hold my hand or lay down together for very long because she will begin to swet from all the heat I give off. I sware, it's some Xmen shit I tell you, I know one day I might burst into flames or something  not to be confused with this type of flames :rainbow:

Is that what you meant by fat burning machine?

i sir,
use Dinitrophenol
others use T-3
and some use Lasix?

i havent tried the last two,
and wouldnt
too many horror stories

i will say though..
DNP is a bitch
i think next time ill just take up sprinting

its not worth being hot, sweaty, sticky, smelly 24/7

but i did go from 225 to 211 in two weeks
i thought i would be weak since i just felt lazy the whole time
but i actually set a new PR during
300lbs on the bench press!! YEEHAW!!!!
just 15 more for those plates!

there is also this one that makes you shit out your food without digesting alot of it..
or, i heard that is how it works..
but i forget the name of it

T3, clen, dnp, etc, etc etc, but what's the difference? They have to get as lean as possible on a particular day. Laxitives and dehydration will lean you out but it doesn't last.

I've seen videos of the old school body builders and they didn't look like that during the off season. One guy that comes to mind is Robby Robinson. Man that dude still has a sick physique, is clean as a whistle and in his 60's.

Seriously Nelson, what did you use pre-contest?

DIET! Short rest between sets and wore a sweat belt. That's about it except I did do some ephedra but it didn't agree with me. Back them the thing was to carb up the day of the show and not have any fluids but I think that's wrong and the opposite is true. No carbs the last few days and sip water (and pee) the day of the show.

The old timers didn't bulk and cut down. They were always in shape -- they just ate a little more clean a week or so prior to a show.

Depending how close to comp...
HGH, primo, materon, EQ, T3,halo,tren A, winny, prop- Cardio half to 45 min daily Carbs 150g and under, protein 300/400+ ( again depending on how active you are then adjust carbs down )
Again, Depending on looks and goals these can change and be modified

Note..dosages are on the low side with all compounds except maybe t3(100-200mcg) and your body type

Im sure there are others out there but this is proven to work

where are these t3 horror stories, i did a google search and found nothing. i thought thyroid downgrading - desensitising or whatever its called is a myth?

There is a negative feedback mechanism to the hypothalamus gland, so that TRH (thryotrophic releasing hormone) is decreased, in turn TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone) is decreased, and T4 and T3 is decreased.

Depending on the amount of T3 that is taken, eventually there will be a signal that there isn't any thyroid hormone in the body and it will trigger the hypothalamus to release TRH again.

There are a number of clinical cases where people are accidentally put on thyroid medication, even for years, and their thyroid gland recovers.

With thyroid hormone replacement therapy, the thryoid gland still releases TSH, if it drops too low, the dose is adjusted. For most people with hypothyroidism, this is around 150 mg/day.

During the recovery from thyroid meds, there is typically a weight rebound, it is no different for DNP.

There is no way your body can continue with a 30% increase in metabolism. Everyone I know who has taken DNP has gained all the weight back, even with a tight diet.

Do sweat belts contribute to actual fat loss if worn whilst doing cardio. Some say they just temporarily reduce water, some say they help fat burning, any thoughts?

Like Tatyana said. Low intensity cardio for longer durations. Such as a stair stepper set for very low.
Also on the issue with thyroid meds and such. I worked for famous pro who is also deceased now. I remenber him telling me about his 1977 Mr. America contest where he used a thyroid cocktail during his pre-contest phase and lost too much mass in the process, so if that helps any. Meaning it could go either way. Just do the cardio.

To this day I do almost no cardio, other than walking (outside) and riding a bike (outside).

I got down to 6% bf drug free without ever jogging, stepping on a treadmill or a riding stationary bike .

This is true. If youre diet is on point, there is no need for cardio. Bodbuilders take in extra calories and carbs, and they make up for that by doing extra cardio. basically, the more food ou eat, the more cardio you have to do. im leaning out pretty good and i havent done cardio in weeks, just strict dieting.

It's easier not to eat the calories than burn them up with hours of cardio. (Along with muscle). Yep, stay active. Keep your workouts moving. And don't eat too much.

Sweat belts remove a teeny amount of fat that is lost in perspiration but keeping the waist free of water is the objective since it seems to keep it a bit tighter. It also conditions you to keep your stomach in. Something that a lot of guys have trouble with.

I agree with that. I don't do cardio either. when I cut up I just change my diet. (little clen/t3 don't hurt either)

sweat belts make you sweat, however the body will replace the water loss as soon as you have a drink of water.

I see, am I right though in understanding that sweat belts keep your midsection tighter? Is this what Nelson meant in his previous post or have I misunderstood!

It's possible, ever notice your mid-section where you wear a belt?
however you would have to wear it every day ,i've used one and i did not like having my midsection squeezed, plus it make you sweat and you feel yucky in that area all day.
