what brand glutamine do you take?

just wondering, about to go stack up on some supps and wondering what my fellow ef buddies here take. or better yet, when you go stack up on supps at GNC (just kidding, lol) whats on your supps list (brand included).

multi vit (one on sale)
l-arganine
l cartanine
glutamine (one on sale)

so as you can see im the (on sale kinda guy)
but i wanna try some supps that you guys reccomend.

Was taking Prolab Glutamine until my doc told me Glutamine was a waste of money if a was trying to build muscle mass. He said there are better Amino Acids for that. I really never noticed a difference on or off any way.

i get most/all my supplements from beyond a century, including glutamine.

Sometimes though i just drink milk w/protein rather than bother with glutamine supplements. 1 serving has 6g of glutamine.
