Mine is to maintain all my strength and mass which I know I will be able to do since I did it last year. I will lose some quality cosmetic-wise but it's winter anyway and all the extra bulk I don't mind as long as im not a complete bulked up fat ass. I want to be around 235-240 and im currently 225 right now. I know it's possible since last winter I hit my all time highest bodyweight at 244 and this is while I was natural..... For 6 months. I hope to increase my strength somewhat as well even though it is probably not realistic. As long as I maintain everything by then then build a little more by the time I hit up my next cycle in March I will be happy.
