Well guys it looks like my arm is worse than I thought.

sorry to hear about the set back Quad. All I have to say is that, in people like yourself, these things have a way of inspiring you to bounce back stronger than before...

I wouldn't worry about this too much bro. This is a very minor setback, at least for someone as determined as you seem to be! I bet you will heal so quick, and be back training before you know. And don't sweat re-qualifyng for the nationals, in a couple of years you will be breaking the top ten! Hell, even top 5. :D Good luck bro, and I wish you a great recovery.

Hey Quad -remember Shawn Ray's article a couple days ago?-Take some time for yourself and your girl-do some of the things you talk about doing when "you get time"-enjoy life a little-then as soon as your able-re-double your efforts! The rest will do you good-you"ll come back bigger, stronger and totally peeled! We are all pulling for you and remember"that which does not kill me makes me stronger"!!;)

Do not know how they re-attach...I know it is surgical! I will start training my right side right after surgery and I will also start HGH and Deca and a little test to help heal this thing.

Quad

I was just going to suggest HGH. I remember someone saying that it helped him a lot with what seemed like a chronic injury. Best wishes.
