Well guys it looks like my arm is worse than I thought.

Quad, I wish the best recovery possible for you.

Is their any hindsight that you can offer to help any of us prevent this kind of problem?

Thanks!

Yes! Watch doing undergrip bent rows with 405#! And if you are hurt a little like I was back it down so you don't wind up hurt a lot like I am! Just be careful and listen to your body. I will say there was no real warning with this...fine one second messed up the next!:bawling:

that is fuckin sucks bro. We wish you a speedy recovery. You'll be back sooner then you thinkg, good luck!!!

Undergrip rows, hmm. I am afraid of winny for reasons like this, although thankfully I don't compete.

Don't know what to say man, get well soon - and I am curious what are they going to do to help you procedure wise? How do they re-attach that stuff?

Hope you can get back in the gym soon, supposedly working out the opposing side of the body helps keep the rest of the body from losing as much mass as normal...

Do not know how they re-attach...I know it is surgical! I will start training my right side right after surgery and I will also start HGH and Deca and a little test to help heal this thing.

Man, this absolutely sucks. It sucks even more cuz you seem like such a cool dude. I tore up my left rotator cuff in July of 01, and I'm still paying for that...

Best wishes to a speedy recovery, and more importantly, a no-snags, by-the-book procedure when you go under that knife.
