Hello everybody...

I'm new to this particular site, I only really post on one board (AR), but when I saw how many members this board had, I figured it would be worth my while by registering. I'm currently in law school, specializing in criminal law. I have a very firm grasp of the legal process and I'm looking forward to helping everybody with their problems.

Hello:

I was wondering if someone could help me answer a jurisdiction question. I was a federal employee, and was wrongfully terminated. I want to file suit but being that I am unemployed now, I have to try and file this suit Pro Se (wish I didn't.....do I hear contingency basis anyone?). But being that I was a federal employee, I am not sure if I would file in state court or federal court. I think I would file in federal court because of the amount I am suing for (two years salary = $50,000 and my job back). Yes, I have exhausted all means with the Merit Protection Board (federal government), so my next step is a civil law suit. Can anyone answer this for me?

Law students that have a firm grasp on the legal system, yet haven't mastered the english language? Sorry, just an observation. Seems odd to me.

What do you need to know....I didn't want to get into it too much for fear of boring everyone! Heh heh. But you can email me at [email protected] if you want. Just put Reply to bodybuilding legal thread in subject line and I will know what it is about and won't delete you accidently. Thank you in advance for all your help.

First, do you have documention of the termination?
Second, were you given due process in the process of being terminated?
Last, have you or will file a claim with EEOC? (If you have not then you should)

I am third year law student graduating in May 2005. If you have anyquestions please contact.
