Hey guys, im 41 years old 5 10 tall weigh 190 lbs. I am frustrated with the whole thing. I go from 188 lbs to 198 lbs back to 188 lbs again. Cant seem to go forward. i come off cycles and lose everything everytime. Do I need to just stay on all the time?

keeping gains post-cycle is mostly about your PCT and post-cycle diet.

You should be able to keep most of your gains if you do it right.

Hello! I am new to the site and have been posting in the female forums with good results. A great friend (rediculus on this site) referred me and I am glad he did. I have been struggling at a plateau for the past several months after losing more than 80lbs. The ladies have given me some great suggestions as to how to proceed and I am eager to begin trying them. I'd love a Platinum membership so I can continue conversing with them!
