Hello! I am new to the site and have been posting in the female forums with good results. A great friend (rediculus on this site) referred me and I am glad he did. I have been struggling at a plateau for the past several months after losing more than 80lbs. The ladies have given me some great suggestions as to how to proceed and I am eager to begin trying them. I'd love a Platinum membership so I can continue conversing with them!

Much props to this site. I have been asking around about different members opinions on certain subjects and everyone has been pretty helpful answering my questions besides a couple bros.
NeedTo you have helped me out every time I have thrown a pm your way.
I joined EF maybe a month ago and I have learned a shitload. Didn't even know about HCG and little about PCT before I started researching here. I was gonna hop on a second cycle right away then started doing research and just happened to run into EF. I feel like I know exactly what I'm doing now and my cycle is well thought out. I've spent hours on this dam site, it's addicting.

I'm 5'10, 195 lbs, 26yrs, training since teens, about 10-12%bf.
This site is the shit.
