well guess its bout time to stop lurking and make some posts...

me 5'11 230lbs 9-10%bf (hydro tested), currently trying to lean down and maintain 6-8%bf year round. AAS experience limited, little dbol, anavar, winny, deca (which sucked, deca dick!). Of course fun times with DNP and clen every so often. Got some EQ which should be interesting, starting that in the next few weeks.

Mainly focused on diet right now, training has always been "easy" for me, cutting kcals, um not so much. trying some carb cycling right now... working pretty good.

G'day all

poppin my postin cherry, i'm an aussie 27 years young lifting 5 years failing to gain for first 1-2 from my own lack of knowledge. 6'2 90kilo no idea of bf% done 3 cycles not including the almost compulsory dbol only cycle. my last cycle was:

1-15 week test e 500mg
8-15 week test prop 100mg every 3 days
1-4 week anadrol 50mg-100mg-150-50
nolva, a-dex, letro in there aswell

will do another cycle am gettin married in feb and holidayin in thailand so wanna look my best as do us all i guess... been circulating ef for like a year though outside the gym i'm like a sloth and has takin this long plus needto's plat offer for me to get off my ass and register

also new to the sits and already spend half of my day here .1st time joining a site like this but its time i widen my knowledge. i'm 6'1" 250 ...have been as light as 195 .lean and as heavy as 255 heavy, looking to stay somewhat in the middle.surgeries had me on the bench for a wile but its time to get back in the game .i have already reached out to a few members and they have been extremely helpful.....

Long time lurker first time poster AND i got a new user name...i used to be geoisdef.

Age:24.5
Years lifting: 8 (college got me a little off track so lets call it 7)
ht:5'11
wt:195 lbs
bf%: 9-10% depending on the month haha
1RM
Bench:325
squat:425- hitting it today so hopefully this is up
DL: will edit to post new lift after this evening but im thinking about 450#'s

Run:3 mi in about 19 minutes
pull ups: 36


Supplements: just stopped using amp02 and lipoflame about a week ago great stuff. right now its just me, food and weights. and the protein.
Diet:
0630ish: 4 hardboiled eggs (3whites-1 whole egg)
big bowl of oatmeal with raisins
various fruits like and apple or orange
2-3 slices of bacon-something i will never give up
1000 -mid morning snack- something healthy, usually a piece of fruit or a bowl of cereal like smart start just to keep me from jamming candy bars down my neck.
1200:lunch- 4-5 slices of turkey on wheat wrap with lettuce/tomatoe/onions.
a bowl of mixed veggies and usually some toast and fruit (wheat toast that is) and a protien shake (syntha6)

1400- I hit the weights or thrash. whatever the day calls for. I do upper body days/ lower body days and mix in longer endurance/power workouts throughout the week. my schedule isnt perfect and because of my job i like to keep my body weight around 195. I have to meet certain fitness req's and when gain more , i slow down in the run department. thats no bueno for me.
afterwords i take down syntha6-two scoops. I know its not the best protien but thats what is available to me where i am. I have some better stuff on the way, hopefully it gets here soon!

1800-1900 dinner:just like lunch but heavier in the cals.

Right before i hit the rack i take down 1 scoop of syntha 6.


I also make sure at least one night a week i move at least 12 miles with a 45-50 pound load on my back to keep the feet in shape for work. It takes about 3.5- 4.0 hours. I consume about 25-30 ounces of water per hour and about 200 calories split between carbs and protiens.

twice a week i do a nice 2 hour thrash session incorporating complex lift, sprints and anaroebic stuff to keep my endurance up. Unfortunately i dont choose when i have to get into gear and move quick for a long time.

Cycle History-nada, but i read alot because i find this shit absolutely fascinating.



My question is this :with the type of training and exercise that i do, how would a havoc/cyclotren cycle work out for me, with the sustained elevated heart rates? Im guessing after reading about lower back pumps that it might be a little rough.
My goals are increased endurance and strength and i can deal with another 10 pounds of lean muscle especially if its spread out evenly over the body.
Would i be better off sticking with something like sustain alpha and dermacrine with phyto test?

Pseudo-newbie here. I'm a hard core runner/athlete who would like to pack on a little muscle onto my slim 5'10" 150 lb. frame.
