hey everyone havent been on in a while but i just rolled into week seven of my first cycle.....so far i have gained 15 pounds and my strength has deffintaly increased......i dont know how much though cuz i dont like to max out becuz i have bad shoulders......but i just wanted to let yall know how its goin.....btw im takin test cyp....

Congrats bro. Good gain. Make sure you take an AI cuz i know when i was on cyp i retained a ton of water. if you have bad shoulders keep away from the bar and restrcited movements i had probs with my shoulder too coulnd't max out but now i used just about all dumbells and don't have a single prob no more. GL

ya i stopped using barbells this summer actually iv been sticking to dumbells and it works great for me still slight pains sometimes but o well nothing a lil ibuprofen cant fix...
