strength is picking up this week pretty well.

bottom line is no bloat, got a flat stomach and good vascularity.. forma is working very well.

not sure if the forma contributed to that but i am digging the veiny arms.

also bp was checked multiple times and was 112 over 60... so the lack of water weight is keeping my blood pressure where it should be. my only problem is i have some adex left over from a couple years back, probably gonna chuck it.. no need for it anymore thanks to forma.

So Steve if your running a 10-12 week cycle can you use forma for the length of your cycle + pct?

So basically running forma for 14-16 weeks straight.

^^^ yes, people run adex that long and it isn't doing their liver any favors and can de-hydrate you. forma is much better, the less ancillaries you have to consume the better.

^^^ I am running a very low carb, high protein, clean diet. lots of veggies and some fruit.

i've been running this diet for a couple months now and now with this cycle its gonna give me an anabolic kick, so far so good. will post up some pics at the end

I am running sort of a catabolic diet, probably 50% is catabolic foods. goal is to gain a bit of muscle and no fat. maybe 2-3 pounds total. gain some vascularity.

really it is more dependant on my diet and workouts. the test is just in there to give me a lil anabolic kick. a lot of guys depend on the roids to do the work, I take a different strategy.. i let my diet and workouts do the work and the roids provide a slight boost.
