I don't pay attention to scales bro.. but i will put up pics after its over.

strength is picking up this week pretty well.

bottom line is no bloat, got a flat stomach and good vascularity.. forma is working very well.

Hell yeah, been using forma myself and loving it

bf% today was measured at 11.3%

not sure if the forma contributed to that but i am digging the veiny arms.

also bp was checked multiple times and was 112 over 60... so the lack of water weight is keeping my blood pressure where it should be. my only problem is i have some adex left over from a couple years back, probably gonna chuck it.. no need for it anymore thanks to forma.
