It's pretty hard to take the high road on steroid use if you are selling narcotics at that same time.
I hate ratts too but not everyone who sells roids are righteous people, for example a high school coach selling dbol to 14 year olds and maybe some X to go along with it? I would probably turn him in after I gave him a good ass kicking. By the same token I would do time to protect my source because he would never sell to that 14 year old kid trying make varsity and would do everything he could to steer him away from juicing.
So if the feds are going get their quota I'd prefer they bust this guy than my source
