Whats with the big black dude? He didnt even know what poses to do hahahaha. Bis, and abs, and side tri, you really did take the cake. The black dude had a monster back though. How did you place?

I took 2nd place in the heavies to the black guy, I had him in every pose but the back double bi, according to the judges I lost it by a point as my poses were off in the morning

I miss being that ripped, but I much prefer the big look, I'm currently 65lbs heavier than I was that day

Im sure enjoy being sane as well. Nobody likes dieting, I cant image how it would be like to extreme diet like that and be 4%. Good work man.
