I worked for KBR for almost 3 years in Iraq, but never heard that story. Not saying that it didnt happen. Being there that long I heard a lot of rumors, some of which I know personally were true, but didnt hear about that one. Wish I had more info on it to share with everyone.

What kind of lame crackpot crap is that? Valerie Plame didn't seek publicity. She was outed. Which, by the way, was an illegal act performed by a member of the president's rogue administration.

And you missed the entire point of this story. It isn't that someone is guilty or innocent. The real misjustice is that no one will ever be brought to accountability. There will be no trial. If a rape allegation happened anywhere on U.S. soil there would be an investigation and eventually the accused would be questioned and the case would appear before a jury of peers. That won't happen in this case. Arbitration is not a legal remedy. It's a crapshoot.
