Vick Fails Drug Test

you seem to be getting defensive
your designer tee is getting sweaty around the collar and triple threaded armpits.
you're eyes are nervously darting, feeling the shame of a dicksuckers past olololollll

Hey sometimes you do what you have to do right JH1. As for Vick, I'm not downing him for burning down in a time like this. I mean really who else in the history of society has lost lets say upwards of 150 million for a dumb mistake. I think the man needs a good joint rolled for him, after all one man's loss is another man's gain. Someone will get all those contracts and they can thank Vick for them. As for getting caught at a time like this, well that just shows one more example of him making bad decisions and not keeping the right people around him. I know if my boy had 150 million on the line and I was living off him I would be watching his every move, kinda like my welfare depended on it.

I agree totally and this is alot of stupidity not worth reading
The guilty plea was just a facilitator for a judge to impose himself on other parts of Vick's life.

There is no correlation between the dog fighting and substance abuse whatsoever. But it interesting that "the system" is treating this dog fighting case as if it were a DUI...

um maybe because you dont necessarily need SA treatment to stop using pot. just stop. an inpatient treatment program for someone who smokes pot is just not medically necessary. maybe a group setting like NA or someting like that where they can go for support to keep them motivated to not smoke up or something but it's not like you need Facility treatment because of marijuana. sorry bro.

GJ, are you saying that dui should carry a stiffer penalty when there are only "possibilities" from dd? But bankrolling and participating in the abuse, torture and killing of animals for sport are not even to the standards of a dui?

I personally think the drug test is bullshit, pot can stay in your system a long time. I also think while facing federal charges, maybe you should be smart enough to keep your ass straight and narrow. Now, he had enough time to stop his smoking during the process. This makes me think he believes he is above the law and wouldn't get caught. Anyway you look at it, this guy is an idiot, criminal, and deserves some time.

And the judge is not imposing hisself on other parts of Vick's life, he is enforcing the law, as he should. No different than any other criminal.

No....

He isn't charged with crimes associated with drugs possession or driving under the influence so the drug testing has nothing to do with the crime

If I just lost some 20-50 million dollars over stupidity , I would want a hit too...

The drug tests are just invasions into his privacy since he is a "celebrity" (or used to be). Everyone who pleads guilty to a crime isn't drug tested. :lmao:

Hell you can get a DUI and not have to deal with drug tests during probation
That only happens after multiple offenses

These were first time non-violent offenders, no history in the criminal justice system what-so-ever besides traffic matters - non-dui.

Both of them.

Also, they were white.

Same thing - conditional releases, drug testing was a requirement. Sure enough... they both got tapped, of course neither had any issues with the test.
