Ok, I know there was a thread like this recently, but....
I am thinking of becomming a veggie (well with eggs, fish, but no meat or poultry).
I have many anxieties mainly losing size, strength. I feel though that I can replace most of the meat sources of nutrients / protien with supplements and fish in addition to my already ridiculous intake of powder protien.
The other thing is I like meat (even though I don't eat red meat often)....
Anyway, I would like to hear some views on vegetarian bodybuilders and perhaps some advice (hey, maybe even some veggie recipes that don't taste like shit.
