I have done several cycle of insulin and it is great. But I feel much safer with ALA and stay on it all the time. Also with slin you need to worry about adding fat while adding muscle if it is not done properly - with ALA you do not have that worry.

Wrong! Better check your math and the prices with shipping. when you compare the price per gram

They do not give you 4 more grams for the same price. It's a tie with one and the other has about $ .02 per gram advantage. ( And possibly this can be worked out )
