I sent my hair in for analysis and the results indicate that I am deficient in vanadium. Just wondering if anyone knows much about this. I eat well and take a ton of vitamins so I'm surprised that I am deficient in anything. Maybe working out and the bodybuilding lifestyle in general have contributed to this. Any suggestions on how to correct it? I"ve read that vanadium can be toxi if too much is ingested and that the body does not absorb it well.
