Let me tell you somthing about me. First of all I have a job in the "real world" mainstream america. I've been working in law firms in the Bay Area since 1997. I''ve been told the following:

1. Do you know why all Blacks have brown eyes? Because God shitted on their face (the office manager told me that, she's about 68 yrs old, a law firm in Walnut Creek;

2. I was sitting outside taking a break, again in sunny Walnut Creek during the spring/summer - and was told by one of the attorney's "dont stay in the sun too long we may not be able to see you at night, this was said while another attorney was in the car as they drove by me;

3. I was called "Buckwheat" by a manager;

4. The city of Oakland referred to as "The Jungle".

Those are just a few things that have been said to me in the past. And you still think that whites dont say racist jokes/comments?

I'm sorry I dont hear jokes about whites of that nature from Black friends nor has anyone in my family came home and told racist jokes about other ethnic groups. My family know the meaning of and experienced racism first hand & so have I.

I find it hard to believe that you don't hear disparaging remarks against Blacks.

Well that sucks, and i'm trully sorry. I have heard a few whites saying nevative comments towards blacks behind their backs but never to their face, that being said I have noticed many blacks saying negative comments about whites infront of their faces.

I think you do give a fuck and you do expect white people to understand that blacks have experienced racism. I prefaced my statement because I wanted you to know that I've lived around black people all my life. I've never once heard of white on black racism. Not even ONE time. But, I have been a victim of black on white racism and so has virtually everyone I grew up with. Sure white people tell jokes and say shit amongst themselves, but absolutely NEVER to a black person's face. Admittedly this is mostly because white people are afraid to get their asses kicked. I'm not trying to insult you man, but from my standpoint I can't even begin to imagine something like you've described. Was this in some hick town or something??

Thats racism? A black person with a law degree hearing a few jokes over the course of his life and having those jokes denounced by society at large is racism? I always thunk it was massive, systematic repression with the support of the status quo & state.

Reminds me of that Black FBI guy who couldn't get served at dennys.

A black person who works for the government in law enforcement, who is allowed to carry a gun and stalk, terrorize, bully & control white people and who makes around $70k a year goes into Dennys and isn't served food. he complains, and the world comes to a standstill, the repellance is that strong. Denny's starts faking like they aren't racist, the waitress was probably fired.

So thats racism? Black people with college educations, guns and who work for the government as hired bullies being mildly inconvenienced and having that illegal, socially unacceptable mild inconvenience be considered so major that an entire corporation can be shamed for it?

well I can tell you what, I'm not black or hispanic, but yet I've been called nigger and spic because I'm tan and I have dark hair. so it's all about personal experience.
