Great progress buddy. What is the time elapse between the pics?

first pic is around the end of july or beginning of august, then the second is end of october, and the last was taken in february....believe it or not my body fat has dropped a lot since the last pic...i started eating more clean again...and i have intensified my cardio...I am running a triathlon April 2. I made great gains in the beginning then they leveled off a bit, (probably because i got a little slack) but recently my bf has really taken a plunge....Im getting a lot more vascular now.
