Unfortunate and extremely poor experience with Omega and AGX

You are a top notch human being, all you ever do is try to help everyone you come in contact with. In this day and time you are truely as a person in a league of your own. I say that from the . And for all the advice you have given me, I would like to offer you some. You can't save the world, bro. Omega is responsible for Omega. If he is not man enough to come on a post up a reason, for this situation, then he is shit as a buisness man in my opinion. All of these guys would understand if there are circumstances that are causing this problem, but for him to continue to accept orders and take peoples money for products that are not being shipped is pure SHIT. He makes great products, if their are circumstances beyond his control, then all he needs to do is say what it is. You must obviously think a hell of alot more of him, to accept the burden for this situation, even as far as processing his defunked orders, than he does of you for sitting on his ass and letting you take this on by yourself. If you ever have to go to war bro, let me pick who you go with, cause it looks like this dude is ready to leave you high and dry. Again, I think all anybody wants is for him to say, hey guys had my dick stuck in a chicken's ass for a min., I will have it out and be ready to roll at such and such a date. That's all. When he gets this strait, I will continue to order his stuff, and I will continue to recomend it to the guys I come across in the gym. But he has got to take the first step in making this right, and that begins with an explanation.

Thats what i'm saying. All it would take is a phone call to Needto, or whoever, Im sure the dude has a life outside of his buisness, and things happen. Thats what I mean thou everybody here should be able to understand, if that is the case. I would, and I know somethings are more important than buisness.

You are exactly right, and that I hope is not the case, but certainly if it was Needto would know by now, if he was in personal distress. But yea good point shit like that does happen.

Ya thats true if something happened to him that is out of his hands then there isn't much he can do about it guys just be patient.

been following this myself, I ordered from him a couple months ago (great product by the way) and it did get some snags getting to me, but it did get to me within about 2 weeks. From doing research it looks as if Omega has been around a long time and from reports it looks as his customer service has started slacking within the last couple months. I cannot figure why he's still taking orders (or why his site is still taking orders) but maybe a bomb of some sort dropped and took him out of commision for awhile. I'm sure we'll hear the long and short of it soon, but really I would like to see Omega get back into action. He's got some good ideas and I think knowledge such as his is needed. Omega I hope everything is going OK with you dude and whatever is going on I hope it get's resolved soon.

wow - this gets even better - the # listed with his paypal acct is some lady's # in ontario canada who has nothing to do with him!- who has had about 50 people call and leave her horrible nasty voicemails and call her at all times of the day and night!! who would do that???? shaaady!

In all honestly that settles it for me then. I held out some hope considering one of my two payments was finally refunded 3 weeks ago, but there's really nothing more anyone can say at this point IMO.

Everyone should file a fraud claim via paypal.

Also, and again this is just my opinion, but needto shouldn't feel obligated to make anyone whole, and I don't think anyone should expect it of him either.
