Unfortunate and extremely poor experience with Omega and AGX

Indeed. Despite this occurance, as I mentioned originally Omega has been nothing but phenominal for a long time now. Naturally, some may be thinking that all businesses can be good until one day they go bad, but I dont think any of us get that impression with Omega...which is the main reason why I havent taken my frustration directly to Paypal and damaged his businesses through them.

In fact, as soon as this does (and I believe it will) get worked out, Ill be first in line to place a new order with him in case any other potential customers may be feeling iffy about him.
 
I do feel for you bros here who've had such experiences with AGX. Please let me state mine. I live outside the US and got my cousin living in NY to order it for me and send it across. Well, he received my stuff in 3 days adn sent it across. I'm sure Omega is having a rough patch and will tide over soon. And not only are his products the best among any that i've used, he's also one of the most helpful people i've met on the net. Just give him some more time is all i can say.
 
ATTN: EVERYONE WHO USED PAYPAL!!!! paypal has a policy that states a seller must ship any order within 15 days of the payment date. so as a customer you can file an item not received dispute and they will contact agx for proof of shipment. if agx fails to prove that you got your order you will get your money back. i know this to be a fact. i own 6 web sites and 4 ebay accounts and we accept paypal along with several other payment options on all of them. it takes a little time but it works.
 
I love AGX's prods, but I have noticed a real downward spiral in customer service lately. I'll take it on the chin for the last lipoflame that I ordered that turned into a rock like substance while being stored, although all my other supplements (including other fat burners from another company that shall remain nameless) were perfectly fine with the way that I stored it. I usually keep my "problems" like this to the mod board, but there must be a glich because I cant access it right now. EF fRank is working diligently to fix it though :). I heart FRank.

I had the same thing happen with my amp02.
 
Let us not get out of hand with bashing omega. For years and years he has been a asset to elitefitness and a great sponsor with great products and great service.

Right now something is wrong that is all I know. It happens, every once in a blue moon a small business like omega's may go threw a spell of problems. We all know omega and he has been a freind to many of us for years and years. Hell he has been one of my best friends ever on this site.

So if you have a complaint it is fine to make it. No one will ever stop you from doing that on this site. however

1. please keep it to this thread. Mod will merge any new threads with this thread and delete any new post in other threads. lets just keep it to one thread for now. thank you.

2. Lets have respect and not go out of our way to make it worse for omega by saying real mean things or downing his business at a time it may be having problems. Name calling and just being a all around dick has never been accepted on this site. Again i will thank you not to do this.

3. Try to remember omega has always always always been someone all of us have been able to trust. Not only for advice but for being a man of his word.
There could be something going on that non of us know about.

4. lets give him a chance to address the forums before we start a mob.

6. If in the end we have lost our best bro and a great business. Well then that just god damn fucking sucks balls. But as far as I know all is good he may just be having some kind of shipping problem or catch up on orders problem. Omega is a great guy. THIS IS WAY WAY OUT OF THE NORM.....
With all due respect to you, if he is having problems then he should refrain from accepting orders until his problems are worked out. I know for a fact his stuff is awesome and I have personally had no problems but have recently placed an order. If people know there are problems they can go other routes, although not much of a problem for me some people cant fork out a couple hundred bucks and then order other products when the shit don't come. Just my 2, but I have nothing but respect for you, you know that.
 
Omega where are you?

are orders going out? I ordered a week ago and got no confirmation or tracking #, your email is bouncing back emails...

I will not be at the shipping address I provided after next week, I figured 2 full weeks would be long enough to get an order...can you please let us know what is going on? I was charged right away!

Agreed! I put in my order 2 months ago and I was charged immediately. I've sent numerous pm's to Omega without a response. No offense moderators, but this forum is primarily an advertisement for companies that have paid the site for a membership and therefore their products are (supposively) legitimately reviewed and backed by the site. Obviously Omega has contributed to the site, his login states so and there has been many references to it. Can someone from this site please contact him to get this straightened out? The longer our orders hang in limbo, the worse Omega's integrity comes into play and likewise the integrity of this whole website.

It seems that as customers we do not have the pleasure of having a legitimate way of contacting Omega, but as "friends", im sure you mods do. Do us all a favor and help us out. If Omega is in a bind w/ getting these items to market its one thing, but totally ignoring us is very suspicious!

Again I have great respect for most of you and I have been a member for quite a while, i just feel like you guys are not doing all you can to help the situation.
