Unfortunate and extremely poor experience with Omega and AGX

FYI to the mods, I have approval to post this thread.

I've made close to a dozen individual orders from AGX over the past year or two. Between Lipoflame, Lipostim, Amp O2, etc I've not only tried but also advocated the products on the board. If you search for posts with me and "lipostim" you'll definately find more than a few.

Which is why it sucks that's it's been more than two months now and, after even being charged twice for my order, I'm empty handed. That is despite numerous pms and emails from Omega assuring me that my order will "go out tomorrow." by reading the forums and speaking with some folks behind the scenes, it's obvious I'm not alone here.

As a big believer in the power of the market, I think what we need to do is all consolidate our frustration in this thread. Omega makes top notch products, and maybe if he sees how many returning and potential new customers he is at risk of losing right now, he will work to make good on his obligations.

I understand the man has been coming up against some roadblocks lately (which is why I waited two months to say anything) but he has customers who need answers.

If you're waiting on an order or were thinking about placing one, post here...but please keep it civil. I'm sure things will work out, but we need a business owner to realize what's at stake here.

I'm going through the same thing right now and it is most unfortunate.... numerous PM's and assurances of my product going out and I have yet to receive any updates, confirmation of shipment or product. Very frustrating to say the least.

I've tried talking to OMEGA about his seemingly none existent help with most customer questions, aside from some general answer that ends up leaving you still in need of help. Ran into a similar problem myself. I had planned on having the Lipostim stack in my hands several weeks ago to run after coming off clen, but due to the arrival being so late, I have no need for them now. As you said, extremely unfortunate, as I have ordered multiple times in the past, but will be hesitant to do so again in the future. Also, multiple PM's went unanswered across this time period.

Well that fucking sux I just ordered The Double Dose with the Amp 02 and the Raw MCC. Have ordered with him before with no problems, a little slow to ship, but after dealing with Needto everythng is slow in comparison. His shit is awesome, but not worth a fuck if you can't get it in your hands. I really am discouraged to hear this, I have always pushed his products to my bros, and several have ordered recently. Hope he does not make a habit out of screwing over his customers. Sorry to hear this from you guys, and I will not recomend his stuff to anyone else until he gets his shit together.

About 5 weeks back Omega sent me a pm saying the reason my order hadnt gone out was due to a mixup, and that I should reorder (and repay) again while he issued me a refund. I got an email from AGX sports saying a refund had been processed, so I went ahead and reordered.

Two days later I got an email from Paypal saying the refund was cancelled.

I understand he might be running late and maybe there are some organizational issues there. I am patient, but I am sure I am an exception. He is a good bro and I am sure he will take care of everybody. However, that is not how the private market works.

Kinda aggravated too. I was told the liposhred stack was going to be shipping at the beginning of July, so I pre-ordered it. Now it's end of July and I'm coming close to the end of my cut cycle and won't really need the shred stack anymore as I've had to seek alternate routes at this point.

So if you have a complaint it is fine to make it. No one will ever stop you from doing that on this site. however

1. please keep it to this thread. Mod will merge any new threads with this thread and delete any new post in other threads. lets just keep it to one thread for now. thank you.

2. Lets have respect and not go out of our way to make it worse for omega by saying real mean things or downing his business at a time it may be having problems. Name calling and just being a all around dick has never been accepted on this site. Again i will thank you not to do this.

3. Try to remember omega has always always always been someone all of us have been able to trust. Not only for advice but for being a man of his word.
There could be something going on that non of us know about.

4. lets give him a chance to address the forums before we start a mob.

Needto and everyone you guys are right. Omega is a great, stand up guy... But we need to know what's up so we can get an accurate understanding of what is going on and a real time we can expect our products, so that we can plan accordingly.

Indeed. Despite this occurance, as I mentioned originally Omega has been nothing but phenominal for a long time now. Naturally, some may be thinking that all businesses can be good until one day they go bad, but I dont think any of us get that impression with Omega...which is the main reason why I havent taken my frustration directly to Paypal and damaged his businesses through them.

In fact, as soon as this does (and I believe it will) get worked out, Ill be first in line to place a new order with him in case any other potential customers may be feeling iffy about him.

I do feel for you bros here who've had such experiences with AGX. Please let me state mine. I live outside the US and got my cousin living in NY to order it for me and send it across. Well, he received my stuff in 3 days adn sent it across. I'm sure Omega is having a rough patch and will tide over soon. And not only are his products the best among any that i've used, he's also one of the most helpful people i've met on the net. Just give him some more time is all i can say.

ATTN: EVERYONE WHO USED PAYPAL!!!! paypal has a policy that states a seller must ship any order within 15 days of the payment date. so as a customer you can file an item not received dispute and they will contact agx for proof of shipment. if agx fails to prove that you got your order you will get your money back. i know this to be a fact. i own 6 web sites and 4 ebay accounts and we accept paypal along with several other payment options on all of them. it takes a little time but it works.

I'll take it on the chin for the last lipoflame that I ordered that turned into a rock like substance while being stored, although all my other supplements (including other fat burners from another company that shall remain nameless) were perfectly fine with the way that I stored it. I usually keep my "problems" like this to the mod board, but there must be a glich because I cant access it right now. EF fRank is working diligently to fix it though . I heart FRank.

Apparently calling his phone has not yielded results as of yet. I also know that Omega was working on some more stuff with the site as a whole along with one or two of the people in charge. Let me say that yes, they are trying to get in touch with him as they have skin in the game as well.

As joe d mentioned above, we do have a recourse via paypal if we decide to go that way (obviously you all are well within your right to do so now).

Im just saying Im going to give it a tad more time, just in case. Paypal will be there if and when I decide to get my money back that way.

Now every once in a wile something happens like this. It is not a common thing. Everyone here knows how hard i work for all the members. The great things I go to to help each and every member to the best of my ability with every waking hour that I have to give.

NOw I will personally call omega all day tomorrow and try and get a hold of him. I will also bring this whole subject up to the admin of the site.

By the end of this week I will have find out what is going on.




1 thing I want to make perfectly clear. If a sponsor like omega or any sponsor does go bad its not elites fault. Hell no one would ever think omega would in a million years. But if he did. Its not elite fault. We tried to help him because we love him.



But the one thing I want to make most clear of all. If and this is a big if this turns out to be something real bad. I,me,needto, the person who you said (i just feel like you guys are not doing all you can to help the situation) Will make good on all of omegas orders myself.

I do not sell lipoflam but I can get a product like it. I do not sell amo2 or the rawmcc but I know I can get them and I will take the loss for the Elite community. I will pay out of pocket and make sure every one of you is taken care of.

All of these guys would understand if there are circumstances that are causing this problem, but for him to continue to accept orders and take peoples money for products that are not being shipped is pure SHIT. He makes great products, if their are circumstances beyond his control, then all he needs to do is say what it is. You must obviously think a hell of alot more of him, to accept the burden for this situation, even as far as processing his defunked orders, than he does of you for sitting on his ass and letting you take this on by yourself. If you ever have to go to war bro, let me pick who you go with, cause it looks like this dude is ready to leave you high and dry. Again, I think all anybody wants is for him to say, hey guys had my dick stuck in a chicken's ass for a min., I will have it out and be ready to roll at such and such a date. That's all. been following this myself, I ordered from him a couple months ago (great product by the way) and it did get some snags getting to me, but it did get to me within about 2 weeks. From doing research it looks as if Omega has been around a long time and from reports it looks as his customer service has started slacking within the last couple months. I cannot figure why he's still taking orders (or why his site is still taking orders) but maybe a bomb of some sort dropped and took him out of commision for awhile. I'm sure we'll hear the long and short of it soon, but really I would like to see Omega get back into action. He's got some good ideas and I think knowledge such as his is needed. Omega I hope everything is going OK with you dude and whatever is going on I hope it get's resolved soon.

In all honestly that settles it for me then. I held out some hope considering one of my two payments was finally refunded 3 weeks ago, but there's really nothing more anyone can say at this point IMO.

Everyone should file a fraud claim via paypal.

Also, and again this is just my opinion, but needto shouldn't feel obligated to make anyone whole, and I don't think anyone should expect it of him either.

Omega has contacted me By pm. So at the moment I know he is ok. This was something I was concerned about. He says he has been having Problems but they will get solved...... At this point this is all I know. I am trying to call him as he gave me his number (no I will not share it).

I hope all this gets worked out to everyone's satisfaction. I just wanted to say that i was reading over this thread and I am really impressed with the site and its members. Even when people need to post a complaint here, it seems to be done intelligenly and tactfully. Needto is always willing to help out and I will continue to buy his products. Good luck and thanks for showing some class, it is rare.

needto shouldn't feel obligated to make anyone whole, and I don't think anyone should expect it of him either.

Ok here is what is going to happen. The powers that be Have spoken. Omega's banner adds have been taken off the site. At this time He is no longer a sponsor of elite.
Yes something did happen. But it could have been handled different and it could be being handled different at this time to. I love omega, we all love omega and what happen is his story to tell not mine or anyone else.

However his banners are gone, and he has been told he needs to make it right with everyone before things can go back to normal. I would like for him to address the members since we all know and love him but that is up to him.

Now elite has done what it can and has stood on the side of the members. We can do no better then this. We have allowed everyone this thread to voice your opinions, taken action (in the way we have to and can) to let him know we have to stand with out members on this one. and we will help any member in any way we can.

I myself have always and will always do everything i can for every member of the site. Everyone knows this.


So here we are. What I hope we all do is keep it clean (like we have been and always do). Respect the site,other members, and myself and not make a mob seen about things. Elite has done its part. I will do mine. Lets keep a clean site and lets all work together on this. If you feel you have been wronged please voice it in this thread. If you feel its all ef's fault please voice that in this thread. Please do it with respect and taste as always.

Well, I just looked back at my paypal account and saw that my payment to AGX from the beginning of this month for my pre-order had not been collected... So I just hit cancel and I immediately got my money back in my paypal account.

You guys should look to and see if this is the same case with you.

I still want the new products, but now I will wait until this stuff gets sorted out.
