Unfortunate and extremely poor experience with Omega and AGX

Agreed! I put in my order 2 months ago and I was charged immediately. I've sent numerous pm's to Omega without a response. No offense moderators, but this forum is primarily an advertisement for companies that have paid the site for a membership and therefore their products are (supposively) legitimately reviewed and backed by the site. Obviously Omega has contributed to the site, his login states so and there has been many references to it. Can someone from this site please contact him to get this straightened out? The longer our orders hang in limbo, the worse Omega's integrity comes into play and likewise the integrity of this whole website.

It seems that as customers we do not have the pleasure of having a legitimate way of contacting Omega, but as "friends", im sure you mods do. Do us all a favor and help us out. If Omega is in a bind w/ getting these items to market its one thing, but totally ignoring us is very suspicious!

Again I have great respect for most of you and I have been a member for quite a while, i just feel like you guys are not doing all you can to help the situation.

Apparently calling his phone has not yielded results as of yet. I also know that Omega was working on some more stuff with the site as a whole along with one or two of the people in charge. Let me say that yes, they are trying to get in touch with him as they have skin in the game as well.

As joe d mentioned above, we do have a recourse via paypal if we decide to go that way (obviously you all are well within your right to do so now).

Im just saying Im going to give it a tad more time, just in case. Paypal will be there if and when I decide to get my money back that way.

there's a thread all about it over on the bodybuilding supplements forum. Consensus is everyone is waiting to hear from Omega, and everyone is waiting for their products.

Now every once in a wile something happens like this. It is not a common thing. Everyone here knows how hard i work for all the members. The great things I go to to help each and every member to the best of my ability with every waking hour that I have to give.

You are saying that to me. You say you have been a member for a long time on ef right. Well then you must know that I am doing everything I can. And I promise you all this. By friday of this week I will find out just what the hell is going on and find out where the heck omega is.


Omega made a thread on the 13th

This was the last thread he made and the last time he even signed into the site was on the 19th that was a week and a half ago. So I am hoping he is spending his time shipping packs.


NOw I will personally call omega all day tomorrow and try and get a hold of him. I will also bring this whole subject up to the admin of the site.

By the end of this week I will have find out what is going on.




1 thing I want to make perfectly clear. If a sponsor like omega or any sponsor does go bad its not elites fault. Hell no one would ever think omega would in a million years. But if he did. Its not elite fault. We tried to help him because we love him.



But the one thing I want to make most clear of all. If and this is a big if this turns out to be something real bad. I,me,needto, the person who you said (i just feel like you guys are not doing all you can to help the situation) Will make good on all of omegas orders myself.

I do not sell lipoflam but I can get a product like it. I do not sell amo2 or the rawmcc but I know I can get them and I will take the loss for the Elite community. I will pay out of pocket and make sure every one of you is taken care of.


You know because I don't care and all and I am never doing all I can to help thing. I don't sit here at 2 am trying to help...

I've never ordered from Omega. I have however read numerous posts from people over the years that have ordered from him and have been completely satisfied.

I just wish Omega would take a few minutes out of his day and just come and give us an update. I know he must be busy, but I just can't understand why he won't come on and let us know what's going on.

I understand if you are busy but it takes literally 10 seconds to post one thing for a status when you do not even allow people to email you- especially when dozens of people are wondering and pissed...

If the plan is to build a forum that has integrity and in turn makes money off advertisements, the forum/website owners should go to bat for its "customers" when they are having issues with one of their sponsors.

the email bounces back all emails- wouldnt that be against paypal policy, not being able to contact a seller??

I am going to need to have my order cancelled ASAP because if he ships it now I will not be able to get it at my former shipping address...and I'll be out of 50 bucks no matter what, which I cannot afford. It was very misleading for him to say orders WERE shipping.

and I still do not understand - how can you just take dozens of people's money and then just DISAPPEAR??? There is absolutely NO excuse for that unless you or a loved one is in the ICU.

You are a top notch human being, all you ever do is try to help everyone you come in contact with. In this day and time you are truely as a person in a league of your own. I say that from the . And for all the advice you have given me, I would like to offer you some. You can't save the world, bro. Omega is responsible for Omega. If he is not man enough to come on a post up a reason, for this situation, then he is shit as a buisness man in my opinion. All of these guys would understand if there are circumstances that are causing this problem, but for him to continue to accept orders and take peoples money for products that are not being shipped is pure SHIT. He makes great products, if their are circumstances beyond his control, then all he needs to do is say what it is. You must obviously think a hell of alot more of him, to accept the burden for this situation, even as far as processing his defunked orders, than he does of you for sitting on his ass and letting you take this on by yourself. If you ever have to go to war bro, let me pick who you go with, cause it looks like this dude is ready to leave you high and dry. Again, I think all anybody wants is for him to say, hey guys had my dick stuck in a chicken's ass for a min., I will have it out and be ready to roll at such and such a date. That's all. When he gets this strait, I will continue to order his stuff, and I will continue to recomend it to the guys I come across in the gym. But he has got to take the first step in making this right, and that begins with an explanation.
