Tyring to cut..how does this look?

Totals 2517 98 137 259

meal 1: Orange & chicken breast

meal 2: MRP

Meal 3: Chicken breast / salad

meal 4 : MRP

Meal 5: 1/2 cup egg beater, 3 whole eggs, 2 slices of toast with PB.

Water throughout the day. Also =1 adipo and 1 MM4 3X a day. And 500mg of ALA per meal.

Cardio 3-4x per week following w/o....high intensity.

Was planning on having a "refeed" on the weekends.
 
The toast was white, but that was all we had at the time. I usually don't have it, but didn't want jsut eggs. That isn't an everyday thing.

It was an orange..not juice, but thanks.
 
It looks fairly good, all depending on your stats, what are they?

Drop the fruit, ie orange...
