I've seen some of there tax returns. Do they get serious $ for being Indian? Ie seen some who make 40k a year getting. 8k back.
Maybe they just plug in random bs to turbo tax and the IRS garnishes there wages.

up here their scam is to go off rez,finance a chevy truck take it back to the rez where it cannot be repossed and never pay a dime more then downpayment, so 60k truck for 2000$, and our gov just keep throwing money at it like a bandaid.
if they want our help and our money fuck you we say how it is spent,you band chiefs and council can fuck right off because they will waste it on bullshit.
the amount of times our governement up here sucks these people off is sickening,if my ass ever tried the shit they pull id be locked up in an instant.

I spent about 10 yrs working on reserves ( yes, I'm white) doing child protection and in Canada. Had some pretty crazy experiences. The one thing to note is that it wasn't just hundreds of years ago...google the 60's scoop. It's been in recent history, as well. Takes generations to repair that kind of damage. That being said...I had to leave because the corruption and clear misuse of my tax dollars eventually makes you start feeling a little bit racist. Plus...I was getting older and the rush of having to run for my life just wasn't doing it for me anymore!!
