not so great chest day today. i played softball last night and threw my arm out. i play catcher and it was a super high scoring game so i think my arm took a beating. my elbow was just not having anything over 275 on bench. i ended up just hitting front and side raises for shoulders instead. did some shrugs and rear delt stuff and called it a day. i couldnt bend my elbow at all with any amount of weight. im sure itll be fine pretty soon. legs again on thursday. my partner said he can take vids with his phone. hopefully i can figure out how to get them online. might need a file converter or something. and another thing he brought up when i asked him about it is whos gonna spot me lol. i prob have him film me doing like 405 or something for some good reps.

another good workout. have not felt beat in a single workout today. just hit the gym at like 9pm after i worked all day and only had 4 hours of sleep. got through my entire workout and rode my bike home and i wasnt even tired. did mainly chest. my shoulders have been goofy so i did a 4 set of 305 and called it a day on flat bench. did flys and such and felt really good. did traps and rows after that. on rows i knocked out 5 plates on the hammerstrength seated row for 5 reps. thats a personal best im sure. perfect form too. traps felt real good. did upright rows too and hit plates and a 10 on each side.

im a pill guy so this appeals to me. obviously that couldnt be any easier. i do like 4-5 protein shakes a day so a creatine shake would just not be practical for me. the product seems like it gets in me super fast. 20 mins after i get really vascular ive noticed. then once i have like 2 more bottles of water in me it goes away. every workout ive had with this has felt good. like i said i havent felt dead tired after any of the workouts.

price is good. last creatine i used was that ce2 stuff and it was expensive. 23 bucks is pocket change in the world of supps.

i told you was gonna do that epi strong t3 cutter after this and i think im gonna buy a bottle to go right into that. prob gonna try gear too.

my workout have been great. i dont really no what else to say but i feel bulked up to the max. i did back and arms and my arms felt like they were gonna explode the whole rest of the night.
