Trying to get ripped for years but fall short

I'm 6'4 235 and between 9 and 11% BF I have been lifting and doing ardio seriously for 20 years now I'm 40. I just want my arms to have a ripped look when I'm not flexing.

Do I need to get down lower on bf or can I take bromo or triamterene with some test and winstrol

I figure it's now or never to get those kind of results cutting up

tamp, we are the same height, weight and age. you can get ripped. you can have shredded arms,abs etc.... please answer a few questions and i will help you out. btw you can cut up on test and winnie, but i have some better ideas. how many cycles have you done and what? how is your diet? you already have impressive stats but we can get you to the next level! it is not "now or never" ronnie won mr o at 42 and i bet he comes back and takes the show!! the guy who won mr bama 2 weeks ago is 48! my buddy trained him and wants to train me for competition and i am 43! dude we are like wine, better with age plus we got h..g. h now. lol

I never cycled until 4 weeks ago. I was the fool who got hgh test cyp, winstrol and hgh perscribed by a hormone therapy clinic. I took the majority of advice abd went into pct with nolvodex. I still have the gear but I'm waiting until I'm educated better.

My diet is tight perhaps a little light on calories as I travel for work and don't always plan well for the day. I do eat about 6 times a day but half of those are protein miked with water and juice for convienience.

oh, ok i remember that. you were knockin down a gram a week, first cycle!!! as i mentioned earlier, your stats are good, you dont have a long way to go. here are my thoughts:

DIET: space out every 2.5 - 3.0 hrs. do last meal immediately before bed.

1. 4 egg whites 2 whole eggs scrambled in "healthy oil" 1 serving whole oatmeal.

2. whey protein isolate 40 gm in water. hand full of almonds or small portion fresh fruit

3. 8 oz baked chicken breast steamed veggies

4.whey protein isolate 40 gm in water hand full of almonds

5. 1% cottage cheese ( two servings)w/ apple

6. casein protein 40 gm

TRAINING:

lower your volume. reduce your frequency. up your intensity.

train 3 times every 7 days. do not exceed 5 working sets per muscle group. never exceed 15 sets per session. if you are in the gym longer than 45 min,you are doing it wrong.

sample work out ( take everything to failure )

bi's standing barbell curl 2 sets.
preacher bench 2 sets
incline hammers 1 set

chest flat bench dumbbell press 2 sets
incline bench dumbbell 2 sets
cable crossovers 1 set

abs incline crunches 2 sets
hanging crunch 1 set

thats it! the entire routine for that day. you MUST train with intensity and do drop sets every other week.

cardio 3 days a week 45 min. first thing in the morning on empty stomach.


make sure you are using these supplements:

quality pwo.
quality multiple vitamin mineral
flax seed oil
milk thistle 500 mg
JUICE:

test enanthate 250 - 400 mg wk 10 weeks
oxandrolone 40 mg ed week 3 - 10

at the end of 10 weeks, if you adhere to the plan, you will achieve your goal. pm me if you need particulars concerning this program. i would go with 250 E if i were you, it will be plenty with anavar. :)
 
i am 6'5" 258lbs with 10% bf. my arms got the biggest on my first cycle,, which was sust 500 e6d.. i went from basketball build to beefy in 12 weeks, mostly in my arms and shoulders.... youll do great with test but i would run 500mgs/ ew
