hey there people this is very interesting all this talk about eating right for mass.
I understand this.... i even went and calculated my calorie counter and it said i should be eating about 3000 calories per day to maintain my weight....
The question is... how do i know how many calories are in foods. not all food products have a calorie counter on the back of the packets...
for example...
if i eat.
1/2 a chicken with rice for dinner what is that considered in calories...
Could people post what they eat to put on mass...
