trying to achieve a lean muscle, model physique, can someone help me design a workout

hi, i'm not looking to get bulky at all. i'm 6'0 155 right now, and want to get to 170. I'm cut right now, and am decently strong, I can rep 225 on bench 7 times. However I feel like i've been doing a powerlifters routine. I've been doing 3x a week with low volume, based around squats deadlifts bent rows and military press. I know this is great for strength and mass gains, but is it good for looking like a model? or will it just make me very thick. Can someone help me with a workout? I'd prefer a 3 day split

push, pull, legs. 15 sets each day. start with compound lifts. then mix up the isolation lifts

i've written about this 3 day split a lot on here. it works and its dummy proof. it works your entire body if implemented correctly.

and since you want a 'lean look' (why i have no idea but everyone has different goals) i would do cardio 4-5X per week and do your weightlifting split EOD.

and obviously keep your diet in line. no pizza, ice cream, junk food etc.
