Maybe I have been injecting wrong, maybe you guys all already do this, but if not definitely try it. Next time you inject spin the needle. I just rotate it around with my thumb and finger while pushing it in. It makes sense to use the Sharpe edge of the needle to cut through instead of jamming it through. You don't just jam your knife through your steak do you? The thought came to me while pushing chunks of beef onto a skewer to put on the grille. So I tried it today and it went in like butter.
