Trimming Down In Size

No lifting today, going to go for 190 for 3 on Friday though and 185 for 3 also on Squat and Bench. I caught stomach flu at work, I got lucky though. EVeryone else had it for 4 days, I Just had it for yesterday, today Im just recovering.

Anything that is tastey I'm eating it for the next few days. No pop so water weight shouldn't be a problem.
 
I'm still here, I came down with a bad case of the stomach flu which threw off my eating for 4-5 days and my strength levels. I went back into the gym the day after the virus kicked into gear, I wasn't able to do anything. Hell, I do 140 for 8, I did it twice before I started running out of breath.

Then when I came back to work, day and half off, they threw me into the other rotation at work, one I was only 60% trained on and had no way of keeping up. So, I was still sick doing something that I've never done before by myself and that killed me.

Then all the slush from the roads after the snow fall we got screwed my car's computer system up. It's almost back to working right. The theft system also went off which was put in by the Factory and glitches every so often. It will start but it kills the engine so you can't go anywhere.

I finally started back today but I'm not dieting anymore. I'm happy with 180 pounds, I'd like to see my abs but I'd probably need to weigh 165-170 for that and I do not want to be some skinny f**k. No offense to any skinny f**k's out there.

So I'm thinking of a new log since I'm really not trimming down in size anymore. I want to lose my gut but I Know with all the weight lifting I'll be doing it will slowly recede. I'm starting my weight way back down to probably 165x5 on Bench and Squats. I was in the gym today, felt great and gave me a reason to get back into it instead of copping out. But I've been around, just work, the flu and my car all threw me around like a cheap hooker for awhile. I'll start a new log probably starting not this Wednesday but next so I can have my Routine Wed/Fri/Sunday since the 3rd day takes so long. I'll take my time on all the lifts and get them.
